What are ITT's hours of operation?

Who may utilize the Ticket and Vacation services offered at the ITT Office?
Anyone who has authorized base access with their approved Military ID. These ID’s include Active Duty, Reserve/Guard, Retired Military, 100% Disabled Military, Military Spouse, Active Military Foreign Affiliate, DoD Civilian and Contractor Employees, registered Veteran Health Identification Card (VHIC – is issued by the Veteran’s Administration). Please be aware, promotional tickets may not be available for all who are authorized to utilize our services. Please check the specific promotion’s Terms & Conditions for eligibility.
*Note* Providing a DD214 or other military paperwork does not qualify to utilize our services, only those with a valid ID listed above with Base access.
Where are you located?
The ITT Office is located at 404 West Martin Street in Building 1650. We share the building with the Base Post Office, A&FRC and Education Center, which are behind the shoppette and next to Burger King.
How long does it take to receive my tickets?
We recommend all ticket purchases be made no later than 5-8 business days prior to your departure. This will ensure there are no delays with processing your request. Please plan accordingly based on your vacation travel plans.
Which tickets do you sell?
We sell over 3000+ tickets and vouchers for locations nationwide and beyond. For our authorized patrons, the most requested tickets are listed on our Ticket Price List here on our website. You may visit us during normal business hours or call for additional questions or purchases.
Can I purchase the Disney Dining Plan with my Promotional Military Salute Tickets?
To purchase and use a Disney Dining Plan, you must book a Disney Vacation Package.

I would like to visit one of your ticketed venues with some non-military friends. Am I able to purchase for them in addition to myself?
Yes, you are able to purchase for others who do not have a military affiliation. However, in accordance with our vendor contracts, they may reserve the right at time of use, to request your military ID to verify your qualification of the discounted tickets and sponsorship of your party.
Who qualifies for the Military Salute Promotion at Walt Disney World or Disneyland?
Per Disney’s Promotional Terms & Conditions, this offer is available for Active Duty Military, Reserves/Guard, Active Military Foreign Affiliates, Retired Military personnel, Active/Retired Military Spouses, and 100% Disabled Veterans. No more than a combined total of SIX promotional tickets may be purchased by any eligible service member or spouse during the promotional period (regardless if it’s the service member or the spouse who made the purchase, or the location of the purchase.). In addition, the eligible service member or their spouse must use one of the SIX tickets purchased. Your valid Military issued ID must be provided at time of purchase and at activation.

Who qualifies for the Universal Freedom Pass for Universal Studios?
Per Universal Studio’s Promotional Terms & Conditions, this offer is available for Active Duty Military, Active Reserve/Guard, Retired Military, 100% Disabled Military, Military Spouse and Active DoD Civilian Employees. Your valid Military issued ID must be provided at time of purchase and activation. No more than a total of SIX promotional tickets may be purchased per qualifying ID. (If the service member purchases SIX tickets, their spouse may also purchase SIX.) In addition, the eligible ID Cardholder must use one of the SIX tickets purchased.
