Picnic Pavilions

Schedule your family or group picnic through the Outdoor Recreation program with the rental of a picnic pavilion. There are numerous pavilion areas to choose from:

  • 2 – In Scott Lake Area
  • 4 – Cardinal Lake
  • 5-10 – Across from Airman Leadership School
  • 11 – Warrior Pavilion (near Quad Ball Fields)

Park/Playground is not managed by Outdoor Recreation and can’t be reserved (nor the area around/near the pavilion).

Pavilions 2-10 are $15 and Pavilion 11 is $35. All pavilions have tables and charcoal grills, and Pavilions 2 – 4 and 11 have water and electric.

Pre-reservation and payment is required for Pavilion usage. Contact Outdoor Recreation to reserve.

Unit commanders may approve serving/consumption of alcohol within their assigned unit facilities. “Serving” is defined as the consumption of alcohol that was not provided by the individual themselves. Additionally, unit commanders may approve the serving/consumption of alcohol at the following designated installation areas during unit commander sponsored events. Commanders must ensure unit personnel comply with AFI 34-219, Alcoholic Beverage Program, to include dram shop training, transportation plan and remain primarily responsible for the safety of all Airmen and their guests who attend this event where alcoholic beverages are served when approving the serving/consumption of alcohol at sponsored events:

  • Athletic fields
  • Base picnic areas
  • Flight line (Fini-flights)

All individuals must have valid DoD card to utilize any service or facility offered by Outdoor Recreation.

Any cancellations or modifications to your reservation must be made 48 hours or more before the start of your reservation period. Cancellations or modifications made inside the 48 hour window are not eligible for reimbursement. Cancellation due to military commitment will be refunded 100%; you must show memorandum or proof of orders.
