Mark your calendar… Everyone is invited to the FREE Health & Wellness Expo scheduled for Friday, June 12, 10am – 1pm at the James Sports Center! Over 40 health and fitness related vendors will be on site to answer questions and showcase products. Free blood pressure checks, red light therapy, heart rate checks, mini massages and more will be available. Enjoy great samples and giveaways, plus have a chance to win a $250 gift card!
