MURPH Challenge
Put your body to the test at the 2026 MURPH Challenge on Memorial Day, Monday, May 25 at the James Sports Center Track. Honor the fallen the hard way, with a workout dedicated to Lt. Michael P. Murphy and the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom. Challenge yourself to either a full or half MURPH:
- Full MURPH
- 1-mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 air squats, and another 1-mile run, often performed while wearing a 20-pound vest.
- Half MURPH
- .5-mile run, 50 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 150 air squats and another .5-mile run
